SleepX is naturally coloured from lutein and zeaxanthin which helps mitigate the effect of blue light exposure on sleep.The ingredient combination helps to establish, restore and reset the sleep-wake cycle. Add one scoop of the great tasting tropical powder to 200mL of water before bed to improve sleeping patterns.
