When will my order be dispatched?

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

How do I track my order?

Your parcel tracking number can be found in the confirmation or notification emails you’ve received. The parcel tracking number is also shared with the shipping provider so they can keep track of the shipment progress via their tracking tool. Likewise, you’ll both be notified when the parcel completes its journey.

How much is delivery?

Express Shipping Cost: $15

Standard Shipping Cost: $9.95

What are the delivery times for domestic shipping?

Approximate delivery time: 1-2 business days after dispatch

Approximate delivery time: 3-10 business days after dispatch

What addresses can Sendle not deliver too?

Sendle has a great network in Australia which spans coast to coast. However, our drivers can’t pick up from or deliver to places like:

  • Auction houses
  • Malls or shopping centers
  • Furniture and retail stores
  • Hospitals
  • Military bases
  • Airports
  • PO boxes
  • Amazon warehouses

That’s because getting into these places can be tricky or prohibited altogether without access to a docking bay (something that’s often required at these types of locations).

What if I put in my address wrong?

Please contact our customer care team as soon as possible if you have entered the wrong address. If your purchase is returned to us and we are not at fault, you will be required to pay for the further shipping fee.
