Seeds of Saha Organics does not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Products Only

Credit notes are only issued for products that arrive faulty or damaged.
We do not offer refunds or credit notes for change of mind or incorrect purchases.

To be eligible for assessment:
• The item must be unused
• The item must be in the same condition as received
• Original packaging must be intact
• Proof of purchase with a valid receipt is required

If express delivery was selected, delivery fees are non-refundable.

Assessment & Credit Notes

Once the Seeds of Saha Organics team receives the faulty or damaged item:
1. We will notify you that the item has been received
2. The item will be inspected to confirm eligibility
3. If approved, a credit note will be issued for the value of the item

Credit notes can be used toward a future purchase at Seeds of Saha Organics.
