Ingredients

80g Choc Whiz

90g puffed rice

40g desiccated coconut

120ml melted coconut oil

120ml maple syrup

10ml vanilla extract

Method

1. Place choc whiz, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract and mix to combine

2. Pour in the puffed rice and desiccated coconut and mix to coat

3. Spoon into cute cupcake trays and refrigerate for 2 hours to set

4. Serve chilled (otherwise they will melt in warm weather)
